Instructions
Put all the ingredients except the honey in a pot and heat thoroughly.
Use a hand blender or a high speed blender (like Vitamix) and blend on high until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached.
Add honey, pour yourself a cup and enjoy!

For a vegan alternative, use coconut- or nut milkYou can also replace two cups of broth with coconut milk, for a complementary taste to the broth.Extra spices that can be added: A pinch of either/or vanilla, clove, allspice powder, cardamom.This drink can be made ahead and stored in your fridge for 3-4 days.
