Instructions
Crust
Add all the crust ingredients to the food processor and process until all ingredients are well blended. Don’t blend too long if you want to keep the crust crunchy.
Press down in a flat tart dish. The crust must be about ½ cm thick.
Filling
Place all filling ingredients into the food processor and process until ingredients are well blended and very smooth.
Spoon filling onto crust in tart dish (about 1½ cm thick).
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
This tart is complemented well with strawberries or a cooked berry sauce.
