Toasted Coconut Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coconut chips
  • ¾ teaspoon Himalayan salt / Herbamare

Instructions

  • Put a pan on the stove on medium heat, add ingredients and stir until lightly browned.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Lovely to make in bulk and store in an airtight container.
