Toasted Coconut Chips
- 3 cups coconut chips
- ¾ teaspoon Himalayan salt / Herbamare
- Put a pan on the stove on medium heat, add ingredients and stir until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Lovely to make in bulk and store in an airtight container.
