coconut milk or nut milk of choice

frozen berries

avocado, peeled & pitted

pitted dates
Pinch
of Himalayan salt
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high for 4-5 minutes, until ingredients are well mixed.
Best served cold.
