Coconut Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coconut milk or nut milk of choice
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 avocado, peeled & pitted
  • 10 pitted dates
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high for 4-5 minutes, until ingredients are well mixed.
  • Best served cold.
