Coconut Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 cups coconut milk or nut milk of choice
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 avocado, peeled & pitted
- 10 pitted dates
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high for 4-5 minutes, until ingredients are well mixed.
- Best served cold.
