This is a lovely on-the-go snack. Only two handfuls per person is needed to stabilise the blood sugars in the family (and keep the hangry at bay).
Paleo Trail Mix
- 1 cup activated nuts like macadamia, walnuts, almond or pecans
- 2 cups toasted coconut chips
- ½ cup sun-dried cranberries or dried berries like blueberries or gooseberries
- ½ cup raisins, mulberries or chopped dates
- Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container in your freezer.
