Paleo Trail Mix

This is a lovely on-the-go snack. Only two handfuls per person is needed to stabilise the blood sugars in the family (and keep the hangry at bay).

Paleo Trail Mix

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup activated nuts like macadamia, walnuts, almond or pecans
  • 2 cups toasted coconut chips
  • ½ cup sun-dried cranberries or dried berries like blueberries or gooseberries
  • ½ cup raisins, mulberries or chopped dates

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container in your freezer.
